How long does it take to receive my file?
Usually 48 hours after brief validation. In case of urgency (show within 24 hours), contact me directly - I handle express requests according to availability.
I don't have a graphic charter. Is it still possible?
Yes, send me your logo and a few examples of what you like. I'll propose a visual direction adapted to your existing brand universe.
Do you take care of the printing?
No, but I do provide optimized files for the major online printers (Vistaprint, Printjob, Exaprint...). I can recommend a provider according to your budget.
How many revisions are included?
Two round trips are included in the basic rate. Substantial modifications (change of concept, complete reformatting) are invoiced separately.
I'm abroad or outside Paris, is that possible?
Absolutely. Everything is done remotely - brief by e-mail or call, delivery by WeTransfer or Google Drive. I work with customers all over Europe.
What file formats do you accept?
Logos in AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF (mandatory for print quality). Photos in JPEG or high-resolution TIFF. Text in Word, PDF or simple e-mail.
