The challenge was to optimize the\u2019<strong>user experience (UX)<\/strong> thanks to a very clear architecture, a precise filtering system, and strategic email alerts to facilitate talent engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Side <strong>user interface (UI) design<\/strong>, the minimalist visual identity sets the firm apart from traditional HR platforms while highlighting its premium expertise.
