Book design and layout WIDERSTAND, 13 Alsatians who said no!published by Yoran Embanner. This 624-page, 17 x 24 cm book traces the careers of thirteen Alsatian resistance fighters who refused Nazi annexation during the Second World War. The editorial design has been thought out to ensure optimum readability, with a clear hierarchy of information, the integration of archive photographs and a sober, elegant typography. This project is part of an initiative to create historic publishing mediato promote regional memory and heritage.
