Is the quote free and without obligation?
Yes, the quotation is completely free and without obligation. You are free to accept or refuse the proposal.
How soon can I expect a reply?
I respond to all requests within 48 hours. If your project requires further clarification, I'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss it.
Can I change my project once I've received the quote?
Yes, the quote can be adjusted if the scope of the project changes. I'll send you an updated version with the new rates and deadlines.
What happens after the quote is approved?
Once the estimate has been validated and signed, I send you a deposit invoice (50%). As soon as payment is received, the project starts on schedule.
Do you accept projects with limited budgets?
Yes, if the project is well defined and realistic. I can propose customized solutions or a phased approach to meet your budget.
Do you offer payment by instalments?
Yes, for projects over €2,000, I can offer payment in instalments (deposit, mid-project, final delivery).
Do you work exclusively with French companies?
No, I've already worked with customers in the USA, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Greece. I work in French and English.
