Frequently asked questions

Yes - the layout job starts when I receive the finalized text content and figures. I can start the template mock-up with partial content, but the complete layout requires the final text to avoid the back-and-forth associated with volume changes.

Allow 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the density of the graphics and the number of round trips. For reports with tight deadlines, please contact me in advance to check availability.

I deliver print-ready files ready to send to the printer (PDF/X-4, CMYK, bleed). I can coordinate the relationship with the printer if you'd like me to take complete charge - in this case, the printing is coordinated and sent to you separately.
