- Invite your prospects and customers
- Offer meetings in advance
Landing page · Trade show
Present your offer, show your stand and let visitors book a meeting before, during and after the trade show. I design the page from your visual identity and your content, then put it online.
Fictional example. The QR code is real, though: scan it to open this page on your phone.
Altay Dagistan, a freelance art director and web designer based in Paris, builds the landing page for your trade show for €700 incl. VAT, final price: a page of 4 to 6 sections in your visual identity, a form or a booking link, the QR code and the launch, within 3 to 5 working days after I receive your materials. The offer is designed for exhibitors.
Before, during, after
Your website presents the whole company. The trade show page gathers what matters for the event, at a single address you use three times.
One link to share: email, signature, LinkedIn, campaigns, and a QR code on your roll-up banner, flyers or counter.

The package
A scope set in advance, so you know the price and the lead time before you commit.
Final price of the package, VAT included, with no mandatory options.
Indicative lead time, subject to availability and to the scope being respected.
These items can be quoted separately.
Launch: it is done on existing, compatible hosting, with the access you send me. If you have no hosting or domain name, we look at the options together during the first conversation.
Why this price
The package relies on a fixed scope and on a base of proven components. I also use AI to speed up some production steps. Art direction, UX and design decisions remain mine.
An acquisition campaign, a complex offer or a page to write from A to Z call for a different framework, priced by quote.
| Criterion | Trade show package | Custom |

| Lead time | 3 to 5 working days after I receive the materials | Depending on scope |

Does your project go beyond the package? I tell you from the first conversation, with a suitable quote.
References
As a freelance art director and web designer for more than 15 years, I have designed stand graphics, identities and websites for exhibitors and B2B event companies. None of these projects is a trade show landing page: they show what an exhibitor must get across in a few seconds.

The main message reads from afar and the client references up close: the same hierarchy as a well-built trade show page.

The system extends from stand signage to sales materials, digital and lead capture journeys.

Process
Two touchpoints are enough: the first contact and the presentation of the page. The rest moves forward without meetings to schedule.
First contact
You introduce your company, the show, your schedule and what the page needs to achieve.
Sending the materials
Logo, graphic elements, texts, images and practical information about the event.
Design and build
I design and build the page from your materials, for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Presentation and revisions
You review the page and gather your feedback into one round of revisions, within the agreed scope.
Approval and launch
The page goes live and you receive its QR code, ready to print.
Target lead time: 3 to 5 working days between receiving all the materials and delivering the page.
Frequently asked questions
Your website presents your whole company. A trade show page gathers what matters for the event: your presence, your stand, the offer you are promoting and a simple way to book a meeting. It is shared with a single link or a QR code.
Altay Dagistan builds a trade show landing page at a fixed price of €700 incl. VAT, final price. The package covers a page of 4 to 6 sections, a form or a booking link, the QR code and the launch. A more complex project is priced by quote.
Altay Dagistan’s €700 incl. VAT package includes: a landing page of 4 to 6 sections adapted to your visual identity and easy to read on desktop, tablet and mobile, the integration of your texts, visuals and show details, a simple form or a link to your booking tool, the page QR code, technical SEO basics, performance and accessibility optimization, launch on compatible hosting and one round of revisions. €700 incl. VAT is the final price of the package.
Your logo and graphic elements, your texts, your photos or visuals, and the practical details of the show: name, dates, venue, hall, stand number and hours. If the page links to a booking tool, I need its link. The lead time starts once all these materials are gathered.
Yes. I start from your logo, colors, typefaces and existing materials, such as your website, brochure or stand. Creating a logo or a full identity is not included; if something is missing, I tell you before starting.
Yes. The page can link to your existing booking tool, for example Calendly, HubSpot or Microsoft Bookings, or offer a simple contact form. A custom CRM integration is not included in the package.
Yes. You receive the page QR code, ready to print, for your roll-up banner, flyers, badges or counter.
Yes for the three moments: the same address works in your invitations, on the stand and in your follow-ups. For another show, the page can be adapted (dates, stand, offer); this adaptation is quoted separately.
It is designed for exhibitors: companies presenting their offer at a show. Organizers often need more complex features, such as a program, an exhibitor list or ticketing. These needs go beyond the package and are priced by quote.
It is preferable. Launch is included on existing, compatible hosting, with the access you send me. The domain name, hosting and third-party subscriptions remain at your expense. If you have none, we discuss it during the first conversation.
Allow 3 to 5 working days after I receive all the materials, depending on my availability and the real complexity of the content. To share the page in your invitations, plan to start a few weeks before the show.
One round of revisions after the first presentation: you gather your feedback, and I apply it within the agreed scope. Later changes are quoted.
Payment, ticketing, several languages, extra pages or a CRM integration go beyond the package. I tell you from the first conversation and propose a suitable quote, or a custom landing page if your project calls for it.
Trade show landing page request
Tell me the show and its date if you know them. I check the scope and reply with a quote.
