How much does a sales brochure cost?

Format, service provider, copywriting, printing - the budget varies from simple to quadruple depending on the choices made upstream. Here are the actual budget ranges for a B2B brochure project.

What's in the budget

The total cost of a sales brochure is divided into two separate categories: the graphic design and the’print. These two parts can be entrusted to the same service provider or managed separately.

Graphic design covers page layout, typography, visual processing and proofreading. Printing depends on the format, weight, quantity and finishes chosen.

In most B2B projects, the graphic designer delivers the files ready for printing - the customer then chooses the printer.

What makes the price vary

For the same format, the rate may double depending on the project requirements. The factors listed below apply to most projects.

• Finalized text and visuals provided

  Pricing is on the lower end of the range. The layout is the core of the service—the rest is already prepared.
• Drafting required

  An additional €200 to €500 (excluding tax), depending on the volume. B2B copywriting is billed separately from layout design.
• No photos available

  An additional €50 to €200 (excluding tax) for the purchase of images from a stock photo library, depending on the required licenses.
• No graphic guidelines

  If the brochure is to be designed without a defined visual identity, a preliminary design phase is required—this is a separate project from the brochure project.
• Short lead time

  An urgent project (less than 5 business days) may incur an additional charge depending on our current workload.

Things to remember

For an SME or B2B company that already has its own graphic charter and texts, a 2- or 3-panel brochure represents 400 to 900 € excl. in graphic design. Adding printing (100 to 250 copies), the total budget is between 600 and €1,400 excl..

For more complex projects - including copywriting, multiple formats, large page volumes - a quote is the only way to get a precise price for your situation.
