Everything you need to know before ordering

How long does it take to receive my file?

Generally 48 hours after the brief is approved. In case of urgency (a trade show in 24 h), contact me directly — I handle express requests depending on availability.

I don't have brand guidelines. Is that still possible?

Yes. Send your logo and a few examples of what you like. I'll propose a visual direction that fits your existing brand world.

Do you handle printing?

No, but I provide files optimized for the main online printers (Vistaprint, Printjob, Exaprint…). I can recommend a provider based on your budget.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included in the base price. Substantial changes (concept change, full reformatting) are billed separately.

I'm abroad or outside Paris, is that possible?

Absolutely. Everything is done remotely — brief by email or call, delivery via WeTransfer or Google Drive. I work with clients across Europe.

What file formats do you accept?

Logos in AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF (required for print quality). Photos in high-resolution JPEG or TIFF. Text in Word, PDF, or a simple email.
